Overview:

Our client is seeking a Territory Manager to drive sales growth throughout the Western United States. This role focuses on selling capital equipment, consumables, and service contracts into pharmaceutical, biotechnology, and bioprocessing environments.

The ideal candidate will have experience managing complex sales cycles, developing strategic customer relationships, and working with multiple stakeholders throughout the decision-making process. ​Key Responsibilities:
  • Develop and execute a territory strategy to drive revenue growth.
  • Identify, develop, and close new business opportunities within pharmaceutical, biotechnology, and bioprocessing accounts.
  • Build relationships with key decision-makers across research, manufacturing, and operations teams.
  • Manage complex sales cycles involving capital equipment, consumables, and service agreements.
  • Maintain an active sales pipeline and achieve territory sales objectives.

Ideal Candidate Profile
  • Capital equipment sales experience preferred.
  • Proven ability to manage complex sales cycles.
  • Strong communication, presentation, and relationship-building skills.
  • Ability to travel throughout the assigned territory.
  • Experience selling into pharmaceutical, biotechnology, or bioprocessing environments.


Compensation & Benefits:
  • OTE: $210K+
