This is a remote opportunity, focused on training, education, and ongoing clinical support to ensure successful adoption and utilization of the technology.
Key Responsibilities:
- Provide training and education to physicians and staff on product use and best practices
- Support new account implementations and ensure successful onboarding
- Drive utilization of technology within existing accounts
- Serve as a clinical resource for customers and internal teams
- Troubleshoot and support customer needs as they arise
- Participate in occasional conferences and industry events
Ideal Candidate Profile
- 3–5+ years of clinical or industry experience within eye care (ophthalmology or optometry)
- Experience working with diagnostic equipment or medical devices preferred
- Strong communication and presentation skills
- Ability to work independently and manage accounts remotely
- Comfortable training physicians and clinical staff
Compensation & Benefits:
- Base Salary: $70,000
- Bonus: $30,000 (paid quarterly)
