Territory Manager - Infection Control

Overview:

​
Our client is seeking a Territory Manager – Infection Control to drive sales and support for a portfolio of capital equipment and service solutions within hospitals and healthcare systems across a multi-state territory. This role focuses on a balanced mix of replacement, renovation, and new construction opportunities while expanding market share and strengthening long-term customer relationships.The Territory Manager will manage the full sales cycle, partner closely with clinical and administrative stakeholders, and play a key role in growing market presence within the infection prevention and sterile processing space.

Key Responsibilities:
• Meet or exceed sales targets while managing territory expenses
• Develop and execute strategic territory and account plans
• Manage the full sales cycle, including forecasting, closing, and post-sale support
• Identify opportunities within existing accounts for upgrades, replacements, and service contracts
• Drive new customer acquisition by replacing competitive installed bases
• Conduct product demonstrations and support installations as needed
• Provide ROI and business case justification for capital purchases
• Maintain accurate and timely sales forecasts and CRM updates
• Collaborate with regional leadership on pipeline development and territory strategy
• Participate in regional and national trade shows as required
• Build strong internal partnerships and maintain compliance with industry regulations

Ideal Candidate Profile•
Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience
• 3+ years of medical device or capital equipment sales experience OR
4+ years of relevant clinical experience with demonstrated sales aptitude
• Proven ability to build and maintain strong customer relationships
• Experience selling to hospitals and healthcare systems
• Strong strategic planning, organization, and time-management skills
• Comfortable managing complex, multi-stakeholder sales cycles
• Self-motivated with a track record of meeting or exceeding sales goals
• Proficient with CRM tools and Microsoft Office
• Ability to travel within the assigned territory
• Must reside within the territory and hold a valid driver’s license

Compensation & Benefits:
​
• Total Compensation: $165,000 – $185,000 (base + at-plan incentive)
• Benefits: Comprehensive benefits package ( 401K)
• Travel: Company Car + Expenses covered
