Our client, a leader in dental laser technology, is seeking a motivated Associate Territory Representative to support the Territory Manager in driving growth across the Northern California market. This role is an excellent opportunity for a driven, high-energy professional looking to break into medical/dental device sales.
In this position, you will work closely with the Territory Manager to develop new business, strengthen relationships with dental practices, and support day-to-day sales activities. You will play a key role in expanding market presence, identifying opportunities, and contributing to overall territory success.
Key Responsibilities:
• Support the Territory Manager in sales activities and account expansion
• Conduct product demos and education for dental practices
• Assist with lead generation and CRM management
• Participate in trainings, events, and in-office demonstrations
• Develop into a full Territory Manager role with coaching and mentorship
Ideal Candidate Profile•
1–4 years of strong outside B2B sales experience
• Polished, competitive, and driven
• Excellent presentation and communication skills
• Quick learner with strong technical aptitude
• Highly motivated to break into device sales
Compensation & Benefits:
• Base Salary: $65,000
• OTE: $100,000+
