Our client, is hiring a Regional Sales Manager to support a growing interventional cardiology portfolio with a focus on coronary procedures. This is a true player/coach role, responsible for direct hospital sales while also supporting distribution partners across key markets.
The position works closely with clinical specialists and physicians in the cath lab, supporting advanced technologies including IVUS and related coronary products

Territories Available
- Northeast Region Preferred locations: NYC (5 Boroughs), Long Island
- Southeast Region Preferred locations: Atlanta or Florida ( Orlando, Tampa, Miami Metro Area )
Key Responsibilities:
- Drive direct IVUS sales into high-volume cath labs and cardiac centers
- Develop new business and expand existing hospital accounts
- Support and help grow distributor-led territories
- Work closely with Clinical Specialists to support evaluations and case adoption
- Serve as the regional commercial lead across major markets
Ideal Candidate Profile
- Medical device sales experience in coronary, vascular, or cath lab–focused products
- Strong relationships within cath labs and interventional cardiology
- Proven ability to grow territory revenue and open new accounts
- Experience working alongside distributors preferred
- Self-starter with a hunter mindset and leadership presence
Compensation & Benefits:
- Base Salary: $125,000
- OTE: $225,000 - $250,000+
