Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and manage strategic relationships within Academic, Government, and Biopharma organizations.
- Identify and drive large capital project opportunities throughout the assigned territory.
- Collaborate with architects, engineers, procurement teams, and executive leadership.
- Manage complex sales cycles involving multiple stakeholders and decision-makers.
- Maintain an active pipeline and achieve territory sales objectives.
Ideal Candidate Profile
- Capital equipment sales experience required.
- Experience within Life Sciences, Biopharma, Pharmaceutical Manufacturing, Laboratory, Cleanroom, or Sterilization environments preferred.
- Proven success managing large strategic accounts and complex sales cycles.
- Strong communication, presentation, and relationship-building skills.
- Ability to work independently and manage multiple opportunities simultaneously.
Compensation & Benefits:
- $210K–$225K Total Compensation
