Overview:

Our client is seeking a Territory Manager to drive sales growth within the Cardiothoracic Surgery Division. This role focuses on developing relationships with surgeons, operating room personnel, hospital administration, and key decision-makers throughout health systems.

The ideal candidate will have experience selling into hospital and surgical environments and a proven ability to build strong clinical and business relationships. This is an excellent opportunity to represent innovative surgical technologies while partnering closely with healthcare professionals to improve patient outcomes.

​Key Responsibilities:
  • Develop and grow relationships within hospitals and health systems throughout the territory.
  • Work directly with surgeons, operating room staff, and hospital leadership to drive product adoption.
  • Identify and close new business opportunities while expanding existing accounts.
  • Manage the sales process from prospecting through implementation.
  • Maintain an active pipeline and achieve territory sales objectives.

Ideal Candidate Profile:
  • 3+ years of operating room (OR) sales experience.
  • Proven track record of quota attainment and sales success.
  • Experience selling into hospitals and surgical environments.
  • Strong relationship-building, communication, and presentation skills.
  • Ability to manage a territory and work independently.
