Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and grow relationships within hospitals and health systems throughout the territory.
- Work directly with surgeons, operating room staff, and hospital leadership to drive product adoption.
- Identify and close new business opportunities while expanding existing accounts.
- Manage the sales process from prospecting through implementation.
- Maintain an active pipeline and achieve territory sales objectives.
Ideal Candidate Profile:
- 3+ years of operating room (OR) sales experience.
- Proven track record of quota attainment and sales success.
- Experience selling into hospitals and surgical environments.
- Strong relationship-building, communication, and presentation skills.
- Ability to manage a territory and work independently.
