Overview:
Our client is an innovative leader in the dental technology space seeking a Territory Manager to drive sales growth throughout the Utah, Arizona, and Las Vegas territory.This is a true hunter role focused on selling high-end capital equipment into private dental practices. The ideal candidate will be responsible for developing new business opportunities, building relationships with dental professionals, and managing the sales process from prospecting through close.

- Utah, Arizona, Las Vegas ( Candidate needs to be based in either Utah or Arizona)
Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and execute a strategic territory growth plan.
- Identify, prospect, and close new business opportunities within private dental practices.
- Conduct product presentations, demonstrations, and consultations with dentists and key decision-makers.
- Manage the full sales cycle from initial contact through implementation.
- Build and maintain strong customer relationships throughout the territory.
- Partner with distributor representatives to identify opportunities and drive new business.
- Maintain an active sales pipeline and accurate forecasts.
- Attend industry meetings, trade shows, and customer events as needed.
Qualifications:
- Proven success in outside sales.
- Experience selling capital equipment, dental products, medical devices, healthcare technology, or other consultative solutions preferred.
- Strong prospecting and business development skills.
- Ability to work independently and manage a large geographic territory.
- Experience working alongside distributor partners is a plus.
- Excellent communication, presentation, and relationship-building abilities.
- Self-motivated, competitive, and results-driven.
Compensation & Benefits:
- Base Salary: $90,000
- Total Compensation Target: $240,000 + (uncapped) + Equity
- Company Car + Expenses
