The Territory Sales Manager will be responsible for driving revenue growth and new business development within optometry and ophthalmology practices throughout Florida.
The ideal candidate brings a strong hunter mentality, experience selling capital equipment into physician offices, and the ability to manage a large territory independently.

• Base Salary: $100,000
• On-Target Earnings (OTE): ~$228,000 with Sign On Bonus

- Develop strong relationships with optometrists, ophthalmologists, and private practice decision-makers
- Prospect and generate new business within independent eye care practices and clinics
- Conduct product demonstrations and presentations to physicians and staff
- Maintain consistent pipeline activity and territory planning
- Partner with internal teams to ensure strong customer support and account success
Ideal Candidate Profile
- 3–5+ years of successful medical device or capital equipment sales experience
- Experience selling into physician offices, private practices, strongly preferred
- Background in eye care, dental, aesthetics, or healthcare capital equipment highly desirable
- Demonstrated track record of sales success
- Strong prospecting and new business development skills
- Ability to manage a large geographic territory independently
- Excellent communication, presentation, and relationship-building skills
